Alcaíno Abogados advised Gama Servicios Financieros S.A. in its registration process as an issuer with the Commission for the Financial Market and in the registration in the Securities Registry of a bond line issue for USD $143.5 millions, a process that concluded on September 30, 2020.

Alcaíno Abogados advised Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida in the negotiation and execution of a syndicated loan to companies of the Skorpios shipping group, for a total amount, together with the agent bank, Banco BTG Pactual Chile, of USD 26,4 millions. UF. The participation of Penta Vida in the loan amounted to USD 10,5 millions. The operation concluded on October 18, 2019.

expert in capital markets regulation; and partner Mario Bezanilla, who leads
the Capital Market area of Alcaíno Abogados.
