The Real Estate practice of Alcaíno | Abogados, led by partner Macarena Baraona C., has appointed Felipe Labbé Munzemayer as the first Area Director. Felipe is lawyer of P. Universidad Católica de Chile (2008), Master of Laws, Duke University (2013) y International Associate at Shutts & Bowen LLP, Miami (2013) and Fox Horan & Camerini LLP, Nueva York (2013-2014).  His practice focus is on regulation and land use, development and financing of projects.

This appointment completes the reestructuring process that included the designation of Benjamín Alcaíno Lamarca as M&A Area Director, reorganizing the operation of the Corporate Practice of the Firm, with means to deliver a better service to our clients.
